Today's Update plus commentary on Shoujo Manga

Alright, for today's update, I've been looking at my stats and I saw a great difference of viewers. Thank you for looking at this humble blog. I haven't been blogging a lot because I didn't think that I'd have a significant change in viewership, but I see things are different now, so hats off to you readers.

Now starts my commentary. Recently, I've been reading a little bit more shoujo manga. (Don't worry, guys. I also read shonen manga, as well.) Examples go out to Stardust Wink, Complex, Kamikaze Kaito Jeanne, etc... I just want to say one thing. I can predict EVERYTHING in a shoujo manga. Nothing comes as a surprise anymore. I can tell when the guy is going to break the girl's heart, if the girl makes a huge mistake, when somebody is going to kiss another person. EVERYTHING is predictable in a shoujo manga. Nothing's different unless the manga is pretty hilarious.

Since today's date is Wednesday, I've been looking forward to reading my favorite Katekyo Hitman Reborn! online today. But my computer doesn't handle MangaReader very well, and the MangaEden site hasn't put up today's chapter. I don't really trust any other sites, so don't bother mentioning them to me. I am wholly disappointed. Where is my new chapter of Katekyo Hitman Reborn?! I'm sorry to take out my frustrations on you, but this is how I feel right now. So to make it up to you, here's a little picture for all your troubles. I created it myself.

Horror Manga

I'm not a big horror fan, since they usually give me nightmares. But there are a few horror manga that I specifically like. My favorite horror mangaka is Kaori Yuki. The ones that I've read are:

• Angel Sanctuary
• Earl Hargreaves/Godchild
• Fairy Cube

My favorite is Godchild, although I don't like how it all ended, it was too sorry. My favorite character was killed off! Ah, disregard that. That was a major spoiler. Anyways, if it's manga, I've covered all corners of manga. I don't really like hentai or ecchi manga, even if I have seen some, so don't ask me about that genre. You can ask me about shojo, shonen, horror, fantasy, slice of life, horror, etc... As long as it's not hentai, ecchi, yuri, or yaoi, I've got you covered. ;-)

What's your favorite anime/manga?

With me, my anime/manga fave changes everytime I read or watch a really great manga/anime. Right now, my favorite is Katekyo Hitman Reborn! But I still have other faves like W Juliet, Mugen Spiral, NG Life, Ouran, Special A, etc... Post down below to answer the question below!

Hana Kimi

Alright people. I've noticed that no one reads my blog. I would love it if I had some more loyal followers, but that's fine. I understand people have better things to do with their time than to read my humble blog. But even so, I will continue to post entries. Whether you like it or not. So let's begin, shall we? We'll start off with a bang, so...

I have finished the manga called "Hana Kimi". And it is awesome, k? For all of you romance loving girls (or guys, that's fine too), this is a must read. Not only does it pack in some "lovey dovey" stuff, it has some of the most hilarious characters. I guarantee (if you like Hana Kimi or manga like it) that you will fall in love with these characters. For those of you who don't know what Hana Kimi is, it's a story where Mizuki Ashiya travels from America to Japan, disguises herself as a boy, and gets into an all-boys school. Now why would she do that you ask? She does this out of severe loyalty (ahem, hem) for her favorite high jumper, Izumi Sano. Sano has decided to quit his place in the track club and abandoned his career as a high jumper. Not only is she going to have a hard time convincing Sano, but she's going to have a hard time keeping her real gender from these hormonal guys, but along the way she meets people who she can trust with her secret. However, there are several obstacles that stand in her way. Her overprotective brother, confused Shoichi Nakatsu, and a few people who can definitely tell whether she's a girl or a boy. (Hint: A doctor, an aura reader, and a woman.) That's all for now, so enjoy the pictures below.

Calling All Fairy Tail Fans!!!

If you are a big Fairy Tail fan or a fan of Hiro Mashima, then you should take a look at Groove Adventure Rave. It's got a lot of names like Rave Master or just plain Rave. The manga is pretty funny and action-packed. I never really took a peek at the anime, but I do like their anime's OP. It's called "Butterfly Kiss".

Anime OPs

This is one of my fave anime openings. It's called "Daia no Hana" and it's the OP from Black Cat. The anime is not very funny, but if you read the manga it's hilarious! The music and lyrics of this song is so touching, and no it's not really a slow girly song, but it's really awesome, so take a look!

Finishing Dragon Knights

     I have finally finished Dragon Knights! It's an old manga, and it's pretty awesome. My fave character is Rune, because he's so awesome!!! If anyone would like to check it out, go ahead! I definitely recommend it.
